Pricing transparency, scheduling cadence, data ownership, mobile access, and cancellation — answered directly, with links to the page that goes deeper.
ClearPath is free during beta, with every feature unlocked — no credit card required. When Pro launches it will run $49 per year, roughly half what $99/yr incumbents charge. There are no add-on tiers, no per-home fees on the free plan, and no surprise charges tucked into a renewal email. You always see the next charge date before it happens. You don't get spammed. Friendly "due in two weeks" alerts surface inside the app the moment a task is on the horizon, the tone shifts to what-to-fix-what-to-skip when something goes overdue, and a weekly digest rolls everything up so you can scan it from the inbox on Sunday morning. Calendar lovers aren't left out either — ClearPath's schedule view is iCal-friendly and exports cleanly into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. See it in action on the demo home →
You do. Your home profile, maintenance schedules, alerts, receipts, and warranty cards live in your account and are exportable at any time — as real files (PDFs, images) you can download or share, not locked-in blobs. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and the only way it leaves your account is if you ask it to. Yes — ClearPath is designed mobile-first because that's where the call from the HVAC contractor actually happens. The web app is responsive on iPhone and Android browsers with no app install required; you can pin it to your home screen for one-tap access that feels native. Alerts, document uploads, and the weekly digest all render cleanly on a small screen. Take it for a spin on the demo home →
One click in Account → Billing and you're done — no retention call, no email loop, no fine-print auto-renew. Pro renews only if you turn it back on yourself, and you see the date before any charge hits. Pro also comes with a 30-day refund window so you can try it risk-free. New here? Create your account → — you'll see the refund policy in plain English before you sign up.
