Enter your home's systems — HVAC, water heater, roof age, appliances, electrical panel, sump pump. Add the year built, square footage, and climate zone so the advisor knows what to watch for. Takes about five minutes.
You can also drop in receipts, warranty cards, and inspection reports. ClearPath attaches them to the right system so they're searchable the moment you need them.
Our advisor engine combines per-system maintenance rules (system_schedule_rules) with adjustable alert thresholds (alert_thresholds — how early to warn, how long until overdue) to predict what your home needs next.
The AI loop considers seasonal weather, system age, manufacturer specs, and your past service history. Every recommendation is logged in advisor_audit_log so you can see exactly why a task was suggested.
When a task is approaching, you'll see a friendly "due in two weeks" alert with what to do and why it matters. If it slips overdue, the tone shifts — we tell you clearly what to fix and what to skip.
Alerts land in the app and (when configured) your email. Everything links back to the schedule, the owning document, and the contractor suggestion if service is needed. No scrambling at 10pm.
