Honest answers before you sign up.

The five things homeowners ask us most, plus a couple of related ones. Scan the questions, follow one into the page it points to, and come back here if you'd rather keep reading.

Will ClearPath auto-renew my subscription?

No. When Pro launches, billing renews only if you turn it back on yourself — no auto-renew, no fine-print renewal traps. You always see the next charge date before it happens. See the full breakdown on the pricing page →

Is my data really mine? Can I export it?

Yes — your schedules, alerts, receipts, and warranty cards live in your account, and you can pull them out whenever you want. Every document you upload in your document vault is a real file you can download or share, not a locked-in blob.

How easy is it to cancel?

One click. Open Account → Billing, hit cancel, and you're done — no retention call, no email loop. Pro comes with a 30-day refund window if it isn't earning its keep.

How quickly will support or the advisor respond?

The advisor engine runs continuously — you'll get friendly "due in two weeks" alerts before tasks slip, and the tone shifts to what-to-fix-what-to-skip when something goes overdue. Every recommendation is logged so you can see why it surfaced. Read the full mechanic on the how-it-works page →

Will this work on my phone?

Yes — ClearPath is designed mobile-first because that's where the call from the HVAC contractor actually happens. Alerts land in the app, by email, or in your weekly digest based on the channels you pick in onboarding →

What about my privacy and contact info?

Just an email — used to send you the early-access note when we're ready to invite the next wave of homeowners, and nothing else. We don't sell or share. Full story lives on the home page →

What if I'm just researching and not ready to sign up?

Fine by us. The sample home → shows what a populated ClearPath dashboard looks like — advisors, alerts, documents, and all — without creating an account.
